In May of 2002, Taylor Corporation, on behalf of some of its operating companies exclusively licensed NowDocs' award winning, browser based, print-on-demand, application service provider (ASP) technology. The announcement today means that NowDocs now has the financial backing coupled with its superior technology to provide industry leading print-on-demand solutions for the global 2000 marketplace.

The formation of NowDocs, Int. combines members of the original NowDocs development team for both the NowPrint ASP, and NowPrint server solutions with the world-class hosting environment, print production experience and expertise and market knowledge of many of Taylor's diverse business entities.
